No leadership structure. Everything is chaos at all times, things change on a whim, your feedback holds no value, and there is no working towards common goals. There is also a major cultural gap between the leaders in Israel and the teams in the US and UK, it often feels like they tolerate us, but don't respect our contributions.

Pay was good Health benefits were grate leadership and employees are good to be around and will always help. I will say there is a high turnover mount me there then were 12 people let go
