pros: great place to sell especially in today's market - strong PMF and brand recognition. quotas are high but attainable. culture of excellence and ownership, seems to be good career progression cons: base/OTEs could be higher and work life balance is a bit blurry (startup life)

Very strong platform and brand recognition. Comp plans change every quarter. Don't find out until a month until the quarter. Same with quotas.
