Apart from the solid base pay and market fit, Paperless Parts was incredibly disappointing. Leadership is a hodge podge of young, inexperienced managers and older, jaded executives who have been sunset at other companies. Extreme micromanagement and ineffective leadership. Don't expect to collaborate on decisions - this is a "shut up and do as your told" style organization. Innovative product in an interesting market.
