It can be good just requires willingness and eagerness to learn market and manufacturing. You won't do well unless you commit to learning this within the first 6 months

Unless you have a manufacturing background or are willing to do everything to learn it (cold calling every day with goal of just having a conversation, visiting customers weekly, reading/watching videos on mfg processes, traveling to territory 2/month) for the first 6 months, you will fail. Extreme micromanagement and ineffective leadership. Don't expect to collaborate on decisions - this is a "shut up and do as your told" style organization. Innovative product in an interesting market.
