Extreme micromanagement and ineffective leadership. Don't expect to collaborate on decisions - this is a "shut up and do as your told" style organization. Innovative product in an interesting market. Decent compensation, but not worth the complete devotion expected from upper management. Work-life balance is not promoted, and in fact the CEO has boasted about his own lack of activity outside of work in an effort to inspire(?) Others to do the same. Wouldn't recommend working here despite the product/market fit and compensation.

Apart from the solid base pay and market fit, Paperless Parts was incredibly disappointing. Leadership is a hodge podge of young, inexperienced managers and older, jaded executives who have been sunset at other companies. Sales team is expected to work 24/7 and devote their lives to the company. Only a few folks do well and they were cherry picked from the industry.Read More
