Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall, Paperless Parts was a great place to get started in sales as a BDR. Promotion to AE could take over 2 years, which is why myself and some of the BDRs left. I was there for over a year take and the culture changed pretty heavily within the sales org and as BDRs there was a lot more micromanagement depending on the manager. They're strict about dials and emails, leading to some quality-over-quantity situations and angry prospects. Good team culture though and everyone is friendly, great place to make friends as long as you're hitting your numbers.
