Overall, Paperless Parts was a great place to get started in sales as a BDR. Promotion to AE could take over 2 years, which is why myself and some of the BDRs left. I was there for over a year take and the culture changed pretty heavily within the sales org and as BDRs there was a lot more micromanagement depending on the manager. They're strict about dials and emails, leading to some quality-over-quantity situations and angry prospects. Good team culture though and everyone is friendly, great place to make friends as long as you're hitting your numbers.

Extreme micromanagement and ineffective leadership. Don't expect to collaborate on decisions - this is a "shut up and do as your told" style organization. Innovative product in an interesting market.
