The company is trying to stay lean with their budget and continues to struggle with rep retention and support. They're small, so they fly fast and loose with things like leads, performance improvement plans, and bonus eligibility.

Not a single person hit Quota for Q2. Layoffs are constant, and morale is terribly low. I would avoid this company at all costs.
