Current Employee Overall, it’s a decent company with poor sales leadership, and a lack of employee care.
Oversold the sales potential by a HUGE margin. My book was never making even close to half of quota before I joined. I’ve outperformed, but it’s been a massive uphill battle.
They raise quota every quarter whether you hit or not. They have no sense of realistic quotas.
Benefits package is bad. Really bad. But they brag about it.
They have a fun, playful mentality. It’s not sales focused, but it’s enjoyable to be around.
