My experience at Pax8 was great. It was a fun place to get my feet wet in tech and I didn't mind taking a pay cut to initially join. When it was time to go it was time to go. There were some leaders that I felt were just simple trying to justify why they were there over and over. However, when I left there were also some very talented leaders still, it was just unfortunate we mostly got to interact with the not so great ones.

Leadership is just a big circlejerk. They are slow to reward and quick to punish. Toxic and going downhill since late 2021.

My time there was great. I experienced a ton of career growth and development. It was a great place to break into tech sales. Everyone was rowing in the same direction and we all got along.
