Former Employee Lure new talent with a high base compensation and sell them on a dream that is not attainable by 93% of those who work there. Leadership demands results with no excuses. Territories are limited and have been hammered by 6 different reps in the past 5 years before you got it. First year turnover is above 80% for a reason. Zero inbound flow. Responsible for everything from prospecting, setting meetings, running demos, and closing business.
