Current Employee Executive leadership needs to understand traveling 5+ hours one way just to get to your territory is insane. But you have the exact same in person meeting requirement as reps who only travel 30 minutes at Max. It’s hard to sell when I’m spending so much of my own personal time Just transporting to my territory. Open in office in every state, or allow reps who have large territories to do zoom meetings and it count towards activity
