Current Employee Paycom is one of the most toxic organizations in the entire world. There is about a 90% turnover for AE's within the first year. They use new AE's basically as BDR's to source pipeline for tenured AE's who take all their pipeline after they get fired. Massive ceiling to make money but the floor is 100% chance of depression and anxiety.
Overall, Paycom does teach you how to be a professional in sales and to always be overly prepared. Other then that the sales leaders and executives are truly nasty humans and the culture they have established has to be the worst for any billion dollar software company in the world.
