Former Employee Being responsible for selling, demoing and implementing the system while rushing customers to buy and not providing adequate time to collect details and make a smooth transition made it messy for customers and stressful to deal with. Payroll is a sensitive business and needs more care when you are made to be the face of the company with little to know expert help. Selling more is not a solution to helping the customer who trusted and over paid a non refundable fee.
