This has been a great company to work for, if you are money driven. You can make life changing money and set your family up. The product is innovative and stands out amongst the rest of the HCM space. Great overall opportunity.

Very cut-throat environment. Either perform or else. Definitely seen as a number. It's a lucrative opportunity, but it comes with a cost. Ask yourself what you're willing to sacrifice for the financial/professional gain. Your territory could be 2-3 hours away and it's required to take meetings in person. The total compensation potential is great, but the management culture is horrendous - micromanaging at its absolute worst, incompetent sales managers, and regional VPs who aren't interested in their peoples development.
