This place is falling apart, currently mandating all reps to redo the first call 8 min memorized roleplay and if their vp didn’t like it, they were fired on the spot. CEO is crashing ouI know 3 successful reps fired due to a roleplay that was taught a week ago. Stay away, they say the six figure base is rare, it’s no there are better opportunities out there.

PayCom is a great place to learn technical sales skills, although it is a long sales cycle and their is a lot of hours and responsibility put on you by the company. There is a lot of turnover given the robust requirements, however you are well compensated.
