The lack of processes and clear promotion path combined with micromanagement is creating a subpar culture . Despite all the negativity in the sales department the product has a great product market fit.

The CEO has read some weird leadership book where he thinks that what he sets as sales targets should be 2x what he promises to the board - that means targets are incredibly high (SMB AEs on around £500k ARR, MM AEs on £1m ARR, despite an AOV of 20-30k).
