The company has a competitive base salary. In the US, the BDR team has grown from 2 to 12 reps in the past 2 months and there aren't enough tenured folks here to support that many people. Quota was raised 50% seemingly on a whim and it's unclear whether anyone will be able to achieve this target. Reps in the past were barely hitting the old target.

Wouldn't recommend, massive focus on endless productivity metrics with no real strategy from leadership to deliver better results. Very competitive space and product very much feels like a nice to have as opposed to must have.
