Former Employee The CEO has read some weird leadership book where he thinks that what he sets as sales targets should be 2x what he promises to the board - that means targets are incredibly high (SMB AEs on around £500k ARR, MM AEs on £1m ARR, despite an AOV of 20-30k). This consequently means average quota attainment is below 50%. There is also a clawback commission scheme and a ladder so if you're below the insanely high quotas you make around 3-4% ARR per deal - less than half industry standard.
