In the US, the BDR team has grown from 2 to 12 reps in the past 2 months and there aren't enough tenured folks here to support that many people. Quota was raised 50% seemingly on a whim and it's unclear whether anyone will be able to achieve this target. Reps in the past were barely hitting the old target.
