Great leadership, strong product. Lots of tenure. No company is perfect but for those who try hard, you can earn over 1MM per year. This is not uncommon for the top 2-3% of the company, with at least 35% making over 225k annually in sales roles.

Grown very fast, territories get smaller every year while quotas increasing. Used to be very collaborative but with increase in quota, number of inside and outside sales reps very dog eat dog.

Very supportive organization and the sales org wants to win as a team and do what is right for the prospects and customers. Leadership is is involved in guiding the direction of the business but are hands off on the day to day activities.
