Current Employee There's historically been many organizational siloes within Pearson which the new leadership team is working to remove so there is a better global sales motion. Through that process, they have significantly cut the incentive plans which makes it almost impossible to make any commission unless you are selling high revenue products. Lead flow is sparse and the expectation is to source your own deals. Tough selling environment with unrealistic expectations from leadership. Base and overall benefits are decent.
