Former Employee Throughout my 12 years at Pearson Education, I worked in the Pearson Digital Learning division. I was very impressed with the culture and leadership of the division as well as the London based Pearson.
The commitment to product improvement along with research on effectiveness was a strong company value.
There was very little encouragement to seek promotions from within if you were successful in sales.
I had a successful sales career at Pearson and appreciate the experience very much.
