Current Employee Being a sales rep at Pearson is great, and very unique. You travel around your local territory, and you sell to Professors primarily in-person as part of a "B2E" sale. There is a laidback culture, which is really refreshing, but it's a demanding job. The only real downsides are that you don't interact with coworkers much in person (outside of a fun annual sales conference and a quarterly team meeting), and there are no cost-of-living adjustments for base salary, leaving many a bit underpaid. Great company to work for overall!
