Micro managed. Teach you how to sell. Got me licensed. Have potential to make a lot when refis were hot, then leads stopped coming in. They laid off 95% of my division about a year ago

Overall a good company with solid sales support (especially from management). Huge brand recognition from portfolio customers, which made navigating the sales cycle very easy. Heavy on micromanagement, but as long as you keep your head down and hit your numbers you'll be fine. Not much opportunity for growth, little value in work/life balance.
