I worked at Penske for over 3 years and I didn’t really understand the commission structure nor did I understand how to increase my income. They were vague and didn’t care to tell me. I was too naïve to understand or know.

Quotas were slightly adjusted mid-year, but with the depressed freight market and uncertainty around industry regulations, customers and prospects were hesitant to make fleet decisions.

Not good. They are a company run by Boomers and your manager will never have sold anything within the last 15 years. Very big waste of time.
