Compensation is mediocre. Company car, phone, computer, etc is a plus. Expectations are very high. You can do well with high commission years and performing well on bonus metrics. The stress of the job can be crippling. Truck Leasing is incredibly complex and dynamic and you are involved in almost every operational item around your customer, post-sale. You are an apologizer, problem solver, mediator, and punching bag for your customers. 10% of activities are truly sales oriented. Great company with tons of promise for growth in the future. Really need to reconfigure the structure and support of the sales team.

The workplace is extremely political.. you have good standing with leadership then you are blessed and do not have to worry about anything. base pay is terrible with no to little commission opportunity
