Inconvénients
Quota is unrealistic given that Percona doesn't invest in marketing, events, nor has any local presence outside of the US.
No legal entity means business is almost impossible with large corporations as Percona imposes its MSA in US law only
Seems like they are nice, honest and open but it's a trap, everything is political and you should stay silent about pretty much everything...
Their pricing model doesn't make sense and pricing policies varies widely whether you're a US folk or EMEA... Management hates discounts coming from EMEA, and with Percona Support so expensive, good luck trying to sell it.
No real work- life balance, since you have to stay late for meetings set according to US hours
Outside America, India, Ireland, you will end up having to create your own company which means paying an accountant, tax and most likely having no benefits nor unemployment checks, so think about it twice Browse Other Reviews
