Overall, Performio is an organization that's still trying to figure out an impactful strategy but isn't focusing on sticking to execution. Too many pivots and short-term sales strategies. Great market potential, but heavy competition, and the product needs much more rapid advancement to make the product easier to sell. Buyers don't understand the true value of the solution and it's not as easy to articulate as some of the most frequent competitors.

They have a long way to go. Particular sales manager shouldn't be able to micromanage they way they have. Also, the pricing model is too high for the companies they target so you lose out a lot on pricing.

Despite the overall rating, Performio is a great place to work when you want to be part of a startup and learn to prepare yourself for your career long term. Good people to work with too.
