Great product, below market pay structure. BDRs and SDRs were nearly making as much on their base salaries as Growth Account Executives were. Company would be better off selling.

Any Austin TX SDRs here? If so, how is the quota? Pretty easy to hit? I see the base is advertised at 55k. How quickly were you able to increase on that? how is management?
