Company has been adrift since the merger with PerimeterX. Classic problem where the founder remains as CEO and has no GTM knowledge or experience. For a SaaS company, quotas are 40-45% above industry average. In 2023, the average attainment for sales reps was 42%. The CFO is inexperienced and uses unattainable quotas as a way to control costs while keeping a high number of reps.

perimeterx culture destroyed after merging with human security. leadership doesnt understand the market. competitors offering the same or better product at lower price point.

Constant c suite turn over, comp plan based off no historical metrics, remaining leadership ranges from uninspiring to flat out demeaning. This is not the same company as it was even 2 years ago - any reviews prior to 2022 are probably no longer accurate. This is not a job you should consider.
