Current Employee HUMAN is the most frustrating company to work for... we have a ton of potential solving a real problem... but we are so poorly run with such massive cultural problems. We won't reward top performance or most valuable people and we don't hold the folks not producing accountable. We finally laid off all our terrible reps (mostly) but no one in management was held accountable and we have so many bloated nepotism hires with pompous titles and pay.
Meanwhile we are getting crushed and everyone lies to eachother about reality vs accepting it.
TL:DR - Company culture is to hide problems + pretend they don't exist vs acknowledge + fix them.
