My experience at Personify wasn't great. I had a great immediate leader/director but she ended up quitting as well. There was a huge sr leadership issue, especially in sales. It was very unpleasant and we were not set up for success, and we didn't have realistic quotas. It was very toxic.

As Personify pushes to sell itself from one VC firm to another, leadership is solely focused on the sale and not on the people who work there.
