I have loved my experience on the sales team at PetDesk. The culture is as strong as the mission. There is exciting growth (product development and acquisitions). Everyone I have worked with has been supportive, collaborative, and genuinely cares about what we’re building. Lot's of promotions on sales team. It’s the kind of place where you feel proud of what you are selling.

Nice team and working environment. The leads are old and not very accurate. The meeting SUR is only about 55%.

Over all solid company. Management plays favorites with who gets inbounds. Not set qualification process for who receives inbounds they just give them to whoever they like. Base pay is low for entry level AE

The office is a shoebox they cram as many SDR's in with makeshift desks and walls. There is little no training outside of 15 minute calls with leadership above the SDR managers. There is no onboarding process at all as the only people in the office are SDR's and the rest of the company is remote. The market is brutal (vets) constant no shows and cancellations.
