The base compensation is good. The company is backed by a Private equity firm that has no idea what the market landscape is like for Print management. They made up pricing on a whim, and then, made up quotas based up on the pricing they made up. Thus, no one can even come close to hitting quota. They tell you to "create more value", but, competitors do 85-90% of what Pharos does. Yet, Pharos, is 10x priced above the competitors.

Pharos is a great company with a strong culture and fantastic personnel.
