Pros: The best Localization software on the market. You will be selling (one of, if not) the best software in the industry. Great team to work with, world class people. Cons: No BDR team for support (US) Ask how many reps are hitting their number (US). Hint: it’s about 10%

Struggling to find a niche position in a crowded market that is changing rapidly. Compensation structure would be attractive if the org structure was better balanced - currently weighted heavily in favour of some select territories.
