High % of inbound leads, which is unheard of. Downsize is, no upward mobility. Yes, you have uncapped commission, but you truly are limited at how much you can earn here. Culture is bad, leadership rarely does much to bring people together. Benefits are mid. Unbearable micromanagers who you will grow to resent.

This place is terrible. Pilot is growing maybe 4% per year. Company culture is super toxic. Managers have been working there for years and don’t want to leave because they realize how much they don’t do. Deals churn and you get clawed back for. If you want to join this company to sell…run.
