Great training, low inbound leads, and mostly self-generated outbound with tons of greenfield. Awesome place to work and would recommend it. Great leadership structure from top to bottom. Pindrop is becoming a leader in the voice/contact center space.

Zero to no professional development. Management is all over the place. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. For true professionals this place would be a setback in their career. My advice is to stay away.

Leadership has drastically over-hired reps, leading to very low percentage of reps attaining quota. Additionally, Pindrop does very well in the “largest of the large” banks and credit unions, but struggles with technical integrated competition as it attempts to move down-market.
