my overall experience was okay, the company is lacking direction but the stakeholders are enjoying their rise to be a 1B company. culture has died out

Market leading platform, very supportive internal teams & excellent product solving very real world challenges. Difficult subject to master, resulting in some reps not achieving their full potential. Overall, comp is average at best for the market but there are reps and management whose comp rivals top tech firms.
