Great company to work for, managers and colleagues genuinely respect and share a good message. KPIs and quota are fair, with work anyone can achieve the targets. The only downside is the base salary; a lot of companies are paying more in Portugal. But there´s a good market fit, and the company culture is great.

Sales organisation and leadership is in a very strong place, with great training and good culture. Broader issues starting to make an impact, with Senior / Exec management not great (short term micro management, strategic zigzags, constant reorgs impairing culture / feelgood) and the Product innovation has slowed down a fair bit and needs a reboot.
