My overall experience has been a roller coaster. We acquired a competitor, got acquired by Vista Equity, have seen our strategy change several times and a lot of good people have left leaving a void. The sales org is supported and celebrated from the top, but many of the midlevel leaders fall short.

Lots of turnover since I left. The culture was very good, but the executive leadership was abysmal and the outlook isn't great in a fractured market being taken over by Accenture, one of PS's biggest customers.
