Not an amazing culture, hiring and firing, lots of redundancies, owned and backed by a VC Firm so no real top-down culture

Loved the company when I got hired in 2021. They were purchased by vista equity shortly after and it was all down hill from there. Employee experience was an afterthought and layoffs were extremely common. Constant executive leadership turnover made it difficult to have trust in the vision and direction the company was/is heading.

Once an amazing company to work for, after About 4-5 rounds of layoffs it is a Sinking ship much like the titanic. A shell of what the company used to be.
