There has been mass organizational changes over the past 6 months. New product leaders, less siloed approach. This could be very good but still uncertain of leaderships decision making. Lot of people in positions bc of who they know not what they know. Creates major gaps in executive down relations.

Not a good experience. Was hired to sell a new product and come to find out there was no product market fit. Success is highly dependent on territory. Total lack of leadership. Uninspiring.
