My overall experience with PointClickCare has been great. Growth opportunities are there, but can be slow. Training and support has been amazing.

Base salary with no commission structure. OTE is lower than the industry standard. Monthly quota is achievable if you work hard and do the right things. Not a lot of opportunity for career growth. Great team culture and good leadership.
