Love PointClickCare, such a great company to work for but quota for inside sales is brutal. If working on the SeniorCare side our market share has gotten so high that only way to grow career is selling to existing customers. Business has put such a high expectation on this for revenue generation and has caused probably 90% of inside sales to not hit quota. Great opportunity if you can get in but be OTE can be hard to hit

My overall experience was ok. Base salary was pretty low, only 1 person would achieve monthly qouta consistently due to inbounds. Lack of standardized training

There has been mass organizational changes over the past 6 months. New product leaders, less siloed approach. This could be very good but still uncertain of leaderships decision making. Lot of people in positions bc of who they know not what they know. Creates major gaps in executive down relations.
