Former Employee Sales leadership expect you to target the largest enterprise companies in the world, while also expecting you to close a bunch of deals in your first year. Wasn't given a year to begin closing deals, despite building a very healthy pipeline of notable logos which were moving forward. Was never given any constructive feedback but let go 1-week before my 1-year anniversary, along with my manager. Sales strategy changes quarterly and never given time to let the new strategy settle before it changed again. Genuinely feels like an impossible role to succeed in and I would strongly discourage any experience AE from taking a net new Enterprise AE role here. Browse Other Reviews
