Worked in The Mining Division. Great Leadership and Company. Bonuses are highly dependent on capital projects which can take years to come to fruition and actually contribute to a bonus.

Just strange culture. Old school which is good and bad. Definitely arrogant company and had no qualms disparaging competitors and their own distributors. Pay was mid. Benefits great.
