Current Employee4.3Jun 10, 2025It has its ups and downs like every company. The backend is very disorganized. SDRs are given a list of their territory to contact. Lists get recycled and rotated in the SDR org so you’re reaching out to the same people your colleagues have been reaching out to the weeks prior. There’s tons of duplicate accounts on the list as well.

Current Employee4.6Aug 2, 2023Overall an amazing place to work. Base comp is fair and competitive, they encourage a healthy work/life balance and make a conscious effort to build a strong culture for a fully remote organization. OTE is very fair for the product/service offered and deal sizes. Competitive industry but leadership is striving to position themselves well in the market.

Current Employee4.6Nov 5, 2023My overall experience in my first year was better than going into the second. Over-promising when hiring. The structure has changed and it's hard to move from BDR land.
