Former Employee They offer a somewhat clear value proposition for PE and consulting firms, and the sales cycle is short, but the product is essentially a data brokerage service rather than true market research. Compensation plans changed frequently and rarely in favor of reps, making earnings unpredictable. Training exists but often misses the mark. The internal culture can be uneven, with pockets of collaboration but also moments of unnecessary politics and tension.
