Small step away from being an MLM type cult. Cutthroat environment that doesn't allow growth or advancement without being apart of the inner circle or clique. They don't make informed business decisions and they keep most employees in the dark about things.

Was generally unimpressed with the environment and how they conduct business. They don’t blatantly lie to you during the interview process but they definitely lead you in to making assumptions that make them seem like a great company to work for. Power is a great company that rewards employees for their effort and achievement. Negitives are this is a door to door role and it really isn't very hard to make money. The issue is work life balance.
