I sell a very niche product - ERP and Budgeting software. While there is a high need for it, K12 school districts are typically stubborn in their willingness to modernize.

I enjoyed my time at PowerSchool, it was cut short due to a change in go to market strategy. There was not much support or growth opportunities for me in management and I was encouraged to give individual contributors lower scores than warranted and on more than 1 occasion forced to hire someone I knew was a wrong fit.
